Grandma Great

We decided to take a quick weekend trip to St. George to visit with my grandma and we had such a great visit! The girls loved being around their Grandma Great and I loved watching them with her! She is the sweetest lady ever and I am so proud and blessed to have her as my grandma! We stayed at a hotel that was supposed to have a fully stocked kitchenette so I thought great, I can just cook there and we will save a ton of $$$ on eating out! NOT! The fully stocked kitchen consisted of one styrophome bowl, 4 plastic cups and one baking dish! I couldn't believe it! Oh well, we had a good time and the girls had a blast in the pool that was supposed to be heated but was actually freezing! We actually went to a different pool that was actually heated and had a great time!

Loving Grandma Great!

Long Time...

Wow! Has it really been over a month since I updated! The sad thing is that nothing too exciting has happened in that time! We have just been counting down the days until this Winter will be over...I am so ready for Spring! The kids are growing more and more everyday and Kodie has really become a mommy's girl! She has been the little stinker, not letting me leave and giving the poor person left behind to watch her much drama! Here are a few pics...

Getting sooo big!

Happy Birthday Kaycee Mae!

So, I can't believe my first born baby girl is already 3 years old!! She is just growing so dang fast and is becoming quite the "little girl" instead of my baby! She had a great time at her "Princess Party" with all of her cousins, aunts and uncles & Grandparents to celebrate with her! She got a ton of great stuff and had so much fun! Happy birthday to my sweet angel! I love you so much!!

Happy New Year and all that Jazz!

I am a little behind on posts so thought I would do a couple in one day! I hope everyone had a safe and happy new year! We didn't do much, just went to my sister's house for pizza and games! It is funny how your life mellows out on certain things after you have kids and gets even more crazy on other things! We went to Hardware Ranch today to see the elk, and it was beautiful! There were a ton of them and the sleigh ride was alot of fun! The weather was pretty good for us too, it didn't get too cold until the very end which was nice. Kaycee LOVED it which made the wait in the semi-rain worth it! Kodie did great, but of course could have cared less!

Merry Xmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas and Santa spoiled the girls, and so did mommy and daddy! We had a party at our house on Christmas Eve, then Christmas morning grandma's and grandpa's came over to see what the girls got, then we went to my parents for breakfast and did presents there then to Chad's parents for more presents and dinner! A very busy day but a fun one! Hope you all had as wonderful time as we did!

Here came Santa!

Kodie was more into the wrapping paper then the presents!

Happy Holidays!

I love this time of year, you can just feel it in the air, well I can anyway. We got our tree up and Kaycee is going nuts over the presents under the tree, wanting to know which ones are hers and spilling to Chad what he is getting, little stinker butt! We took the front runner to Temple Square with my family and had dinner in Salt Lake (you can see that Chad is just thrilled by all the holiday joy! And poor Kodie got cut out of the pic :-( ). The kids loved the train, but next time I think I will just meet them in Salt Lake! I had a little too much motion for my liking and by the time we were done with the runner, the trams, etc I thought I was going to lose it. Anyway here is a pic of Kaycee putting the angel on the tree! It is "her job" now! And one of our little Kodie Bear!
